It was one of the greatest things we've done. Not only did he go over the policy with us and point out things that were a good thing to think about in the future, he also found something in our policy that could have been saving us money. He could have been like the typical person to keep making the extra money for the company, but he was genuinely trying to save US money. It was a breath of fresh air. On top of that, when he did bring up options for us, he simply said it as he was just presenting the information. He didn't try to sell us on anything to make us spend even more money.
